PRIVACY POLICY

JSB bijoux s.r.o., located at Čestlická 736/6, Prague Strašnice, 100 00, IČO: 27448568, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under File No. C 113578, as the data controller (hereinafter referred to as the company), informs users of its websites ((www.jsbbijoux.com (www.en.jsbbijoux.com, www.de.jsbbijoux.com), www.bizusvet.cz, www.jsb-bijoux.cz, and www.jsbkovo.cz www.naruce.cz) about the collection of personal data and privacy policies, based on the following facts and approaches:


1/ These websites are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not process personal data of children under 16 years old.


2/ If you contact our company through the company's website, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself or your company. This information may include: name, company name, address or registered office, identification number and tax identification number, phone number, email address. Only personal data expressly provided to us may be processed.


3/ All personal data obtained in this way are processed in a lawful and transparent manner, therefore only reasonable, relevant and necessary data are required for the purpose of processing.


4/ The company will use the personal data provided in order to respond to inquiries from interested parties (visitors to the website), establish contact, provide the requested information, or to fulfill a contract in which the data subject is interested, is a party to, or acts in its interest.


5/ Providing personal data for the purpose of responding to inquiries or requests, or for the conclusion of a contract, is a contractual requirement on the part of the company. Failure to provide them may result in the company not responding to inquiries or not concluding a contract.


6/ The provided data (name, surname, and email address) may be used by the company to send commercial communications containing information about our services and products that we offer, which may be of interest to you based on concluded contracts or raised requests. This processing or sending of commercial communications can be refused at any time, which will not have an impact on other contractual relationships or our obligations arising from these contractual relationships. To do this, send a request (email) to the contact from which the commercial communication was sent or to the company contact listed on the website.


7/ Personal data will be processed by our company as the data controller and will only be used within our company in connection with its business focus, for the necessary period to realize contractual relationships or fulfill obligations under applicable legal regulations (taxes, accounting, etc.).


8/ Individuals whose personal data are processed in this way have broad rights in relation to our company, which include in particular: a) the right to access personal data (especially to request confirmation of the scope, purpose, and duration of their processing and access, with the first provision being free of charge, and subsequent provisions may require a reasonable fee for administrative costs), b) the right to rectification (to request correction or supplementation of data if inaccurate or incomplete), c) the right to erasure (if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if the processing is unlawful, or objections to processing have been raised and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing), or where it is required by law, d) the right to restriction of processing (until the resolution of any disputed claims), e) the right to object to processing (objection to processing for direct marketing purposes always means that personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes), f) the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.

A complaint can be filed with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
