The centrifugal casting method enables us to produce jewelry from low-melting metal alloys, typically up to around 400 °C. At our company, we use this technology to cast jewelry from tin and zinc alloys.
The production process involves pouring molten metal into a silicone mold using centrifugal force. After cooling and removal from the mold, the casting undergoes further processing such as grinding, cutting, and polishing. Additional mechanics may also be soldered onto the casting. Following cleaning, the product is prepared for surface finishing, typically through electroplating (coating the product with a precious metal). The type of electroplating depends on customer requirements, with common finishes including rhodium, gold, platinum, and silver. Copper, brass, or various antique finishes can also be applied through electroplating.
After surface finishing, the product is nearly complete, with final steps depending on the specific nature of the item. If necessary, stones are set or glued into place, and then the product is packaged for delivery.

These individual wax models are attached to a "tree trunk" structure, forming a "tree" that can hold several hundred pieces. This wax tree is then placed into a metal flask and filled with investment plaster. After the plaster sets, the flask is fired to burn out the wax (hence the term "lost wax"). This leaves a cavity in the investment plaster, into which molten metal (such as silver, gold, etc.) is poured. After casting, the metal tree is cleaned of investment plaster, the individual items are cut off, and any remaining sprues are removed through rough grinding. This is followed by fine grinding, filing, polishing, and potentially setting or gluing stones.
